1. Choose Your Book Box
Choose from one of our two options.
Both offer the same curated treats and products, however Book Box I is for the tea drinker and Book Box II for the coffee connoisseur, with freshly ground coffee delivered from Melbourne's best roasters.
2. Choose the Frequency
Choose how often you'd like your book box delivered.

You can skip, pause, cancel, or switch between subscriptions anytime.
3. Choose a Book
Each month, we carefully select seven books—five fiction and two nonfiction—revealed by the 20th of the month.
Log in to the Kōse Members Portal and select your book by the last day of the month. If you forget, don't worry, we will still send one out to you.
For your first delivery, select from books directly on the website - listed in the two book box options below.
4. Unbox & Enjoy
Your book box arrives!
It's delivered in the first week of every month, however your first box arrives in the same week you place your order.

Each season, as we curate our subscriptions and gifts, we ask ourselves two guiding questions—
1) Will we help you step away, unwind, and return with renewed focus and energy?
2) Will we broaden your horizons—introduce you to different and inspiring ideas in our book selection?
How do we Choose the Books for the Month?
Each month we consult with publishing houses, Penguin and Hachette, to select five fiction and two nonfiction books from broad ranging genres. Our members have a range of interests—and it allows you the opportunity to discover something new.
Sometimes a book remains on the list the next month due to popular demand.
Our team are avid readers and each of us is a part of a book club, our founder is part of three! So we have our own experiences to draw from too.
Seasonal and Artisanal Products
We put a lot of thought into who we partner with, to ensure we bring you brands who are not only excellent in what they do but are socially and environmentally responsible.
This season’s subscription box includes premium tea or coffee, gourmet cookies, artisan chocolate, a craft notebook to capture your thoughts (reach for it, instead of your phone) and origami for a mindful creative break.
Kōse Clubs
Kōse is about more than just books, it's also about the critical thought and discussions from them. Alls ubscribers have exclusive access to the online Kōse Book Club, where you can connect with fellow readers to discuss our books of the month. Plus, for those with a curious mind, our monthly Kōse Code, offers a gentle literary challenge. Access to the puzzle will be in your book box.
